Book launch day

The launch for Has The Lady Been Yet? has been wonderful, though it has to be said, a slightly mixed bag of a success. I’m still struggling with the KDP interface a little, as the kindle and paperback versions haven’t linked up properly on the Amazon page, meaning that links to the e-book version don’t give any indication or link that you can order a hard copy book as well. I’ve had a couple of wonderful people highlight this to me, and I’m trying my hardest to get it sorted.

At the same time, I decided to make Man In The Bath available to download for free for this weekend, and in part thanks to a fellow Twitter writer, @LeaderMorton (check out his books, they’re great!!!) and a promo site, over 200 copies have been claimed since yesterday. I’m thrilled, and hope people enjoy my fiction too.

On the downside for me, today is blood test and dentist (filling replacement) time, so I may be offline and sorry for myself, but a huge thanks to everyone who has ordered or downloaded either book. It’s a wonderful feeling, and if I can just remind readers, if you feel able, please leave a review for any book you buy and read, no matter the author, even if its a 2 word review. They are the lifeblood of authors, and also impact on the amount of visibility a book gets.

Stay safe,

Kit
