So, it’s been a very exciting couple of weeks in Kit Derrickland. I’ve had far more fun that I expected setting up the new YouTube channel, despite the fact it means appearing on screen, and realising that in high def I really need to shave more carefully, and trim my nostril hair. Not many followers yet of course, but hopefully that will increase as more content goes up. I’ve also had fun making some of the videos, having managed to get footage I shot in the 1990s into a useable format and creating a pop video for The Kop, which is just like the one mentioned in Lorelei. I have a couple of scenes which I shot which I’ll put up, as they have a direct parallel to the new novel. This may take a while though, as editing an hour of rushes with no script is a bit daunting.
The edit is nearly finished and the cover is now revealed and listed on Goodreads and Amazon, with an intended release date of Sept 1st. Its all getting very real!
