Man in the Bath 2

Just thought I’d add an interesting little anecdote about this slightly spruced up version of my Man in the Bath novel (originally entitled ‘Cult Administrator’, which gives you a far more blatant idea of the subject). When I was updating, I included a slightly less ragged version of the diagram David Dunn uses in his guide to enlightenment as the original was a bit, well, crap if I’m honest. And the formatting of Word, which it was originally created in, kept moving things around so I thought make a jpeg instead and stick it in.

The unforeseen problem is that when I converted to e-book format (I use a programme called Calibre, which is great), whatever I did, the picture disappeared. I could put pictures elsewhere in the text, just not where it was needed. As a result, I had to re-write the guide to work without a picture, which actually improved it a lot from the earlier attempt, so serendipity I love you!

I also removed a picture of the tattoo at the same time, as I think it probably works better letting you imagine it for yourself.
