Cover time

I seem to have slightly lost my passion and mojo for new writing at the minute. After a sterling start, with half a dozen really good new ideas (to add to the half dozen I already have) I made some notes and then… lost my mojo. I checked the back of the sofa and it isn’t there either.

I guess its one of those fallow periods you sometimes have as a writer, when sales have slowed to a trickle too, and it just hard to get going. After initial enthusiasm its also tricky to come up with new inspiring (no point if not) content for the YouTube channel. So I’ve decided to let the funk pass naturally, and spend my time at Baldur’s Gate, playing old PC games.

The bright spot though, as you can see at the top of this post, is the cover for the next book, Hush. It is currently with my editor and I’m gradually making the final corrections with the aim to launch in the new year, for you all to spend your christmas money on! I’m delighted with the cover though, that has a suitably unusual vibe, in line with my other books. I shall post again soon, when hopefully I’ll be back on the road to writing.

Stay safe,

Kit
